GWS®-Guspako T1 clamping lever - 50 mm
GWS® STF-DEFI lashing strap©In the tie-down lashing method with lashing straps manufactured in accordance with the European standard DIN EN 12195-2, the user achieves the pre-tensioning force STF shown on the label of the fixed end with a standardised manual force SHF 50 daN.However, due to the design of the ratchet and depending on the working position and the individual force applied by the user, the actual manual force applied deviates from the standard force of 50 daN. This means that the desired pre-tensioning force STF is either exceeded or not reached. This securing method exerts considerable pressure on the load, particularly when lashing down. Not every load can withstand this pressure from the tensioned lashing straps during transport. If the load collapses, it will probably be damaged and the load securing method will no longer have sufficient effect. This in turn can lead to reports or, in the worst case, to serious accidents. With the GWS® STF-DEFI lashing strap©, we offer you an ergonomic way of achieving the calculated, necessary pre-tensioning forces without exceeding them. Your advantages:With the GWS® STF-DEFI lashing strap©, we offer you maximum protection for pressure-sensitive loads as well as the necessary transport safety. In accordance with EN 12195-1 (‘For practical reasons, e.g. due to the settling behaviour of the load, re-tensioning is recommended after a short journey.’) and VDI 2700 (‘An applied pre-tensioning force of lashing equipment must be maintained during transport or, if necessary, re-tensioned.’), defined re-tensioning during transport is possible without additional pre-tensioning measuring devices. Ergonomic working with the tension gear ratchetEasier work thanks to the lever arm lengthTechnical support and annual, documented inspection by a specialised company Technical data: GWS® STF-DEFI lashing strap - Two-part system - manufactured and tested in accordance with EN 12195-1 - Ergo gear ratchet

GWS®-SpannControl® hand force measuring device
€543.68*
More load safety thanks to the energy-saving belt tensioning controller. - Makes work up to 70 % easier when tensioning lashing straps - Converts the manual force SHF=50 daN into SHF=15 daN using a 58 cm long lever - For controlled achievement of the normal hand force (SHF) - Acoustic and visual signal, as well as mechanical click (similar to a torque spanner) when the required manual force (SHF) of 50 daN is reached, so that the tensioning ratchet is not overloaded - Optimises the lever arm length when lashing tensioning straps and makes tensioning easier - Suitable for clamping lever widths up to 112 mm - Weight = 4.2 kg
