Warum rutschhemmende Unterlagen verwenden?
- der Einsatz von Antirutschmatten und rutschhemmenden Unterlagen verbessert den Gleitreibbeiwert auf bis zu µ = 0,6
- durch den Einsatz rutschhemmender Unterlagen ist weniger Gesamtvorspannkraft beim Niederzurren und weniger Zugkraft beim Diagonalzurren nötig
- es sind weniger Zurrmittel nötig durch den korrekten Einsatz von rutschhemmenden Unterlagen
Die Vorschrift VDI 2700 Blatt 15 behandelt u.a. den Anwendungsbereich, die Druck- und Zugbelastung, die Handhabung sowie die Ablegereife von rutschhemmenden Unterlagen. Der Mindst-Reibbeiwert (Sicherheitsbeiwert) für diese Unterlagen darf nicht unter µ = 0,4 liegen. Messungen gemäß VDI 2700 Blatt 14 zeigen, dass unter normalen Einsatzbeedingungen ein Reibbeiwert von µ = 0,6 als realistisch angenommen werden kann. Höhere Reibbeiwerte sind meist nur unter optimalen Bedingungen erreichbar, was in der kalten Jahreszeit, bei Frost, Eis und Schnee sowie bei Verschmutzungen zwischen Ladung und Ladefläche selten der Fall ist. Als Nutzer sollten Sie gegenbenenfalls ein Zertifikat vom Hersteller der Materialien anfordern, um die Einsatzmöglichkeiten genau zu überprüfen.
