Difficulties often arise when transporting loose bulk goods, such as granules, pellets, crushed stone, gravel or powdered goods, because the goods cannot be lashed down due to the nature of the packaging. The result is an unstable load and an unstable vehicle, as well as damage to the load.
The GWS®-UniFlex Plus is certified for the safe transport of loose bulk goods in octatainers, palletized sacks, big bags and other packaging that cannot be lashed down. The safety system has been expanded with integrated ratchets and loose profile hooks. The waist belt, which runs transversely to the direction of travel, secures the load in the direction of travel and thus prevents tipping or slipping.
GWS®-UniFlex has been tested by the Fraunhofer Institute (IML). Result: "The entire safety system proved to be extremely effective in preventing the octatainer from tipping over and/or slipping on the loading area."
