GWS®-Guspako T1 clamping lever - 50 mm

Product information "GWS®-Guspako T1 clamping lever - 50 mm"

The manual force (SHF) applied by the user when lashing down can neither be estimated nor tested. The tensioning elements of the lashing straps are therefore tensioned by feel, but sometimes with the full force of the user. This can result in serious damage to the user's back and spine (loss of health, slipped discs, etc.).
Often, unsuitable tools are used to tighten the ratchet, resulting in parts of the clamping element becoming deformed and therefore unusable.
To avoid these stresses, there is now an extension that is adjusted to the manual force (SHF, standard ratchet 50 daN) with a holder for the clamping lever of the ratchet (clamping element) that emits a tactile and audible signal when the manual force is reached.
The main advantages of the device are that it enables the normal manual force (SHF) to be reached in a controlled manner, uniform and controlled tensioning of the lashing straps and a significant reduction in labour costs of 65 - 70%.
The GWS®-Guspako® belt tensioning controller is a patented work aid that makes everyday work much easier for you and your employees. Also available with anti-slip protection for even more protection!
